This Swiss company is the only brand in the world that focuses entirely on producing only premium automatic specialty coffee machines. All Jura coffee machines are designed and developed by a team of more than 60 engineers, all of whom are focused on achieving the perfect coffee result. Jura coffee machines have a reputation for being simple to operate and producing great tasting coffee.

Recently, Jura developed the revolutionary Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P). This new process produces coffee with a full aroma. The P.E.P allows the optimal extraction time for ristretto and espresso drinks. This is achieved by pulsing brew-temperature water through the ground coffee at specified intervals. This ensures maximum body and aroma are imparted to the finished beverage.

Jura’s P.E.P technology is used across many of its product lines including the Jura E8, Jura E6, Jura Z6, and Jura J6 coffee machines. These units also feature Jura’s Intelligent Water System (IWS). The IWS makes maximum use of the integrated water filters; the water filter cartridge and coffee machine are wirelessly connected using RFID technology. This means the machine can automatically detect and use the filter. Another Jura innovation is the special nozzle technology used to prepare milk foam. The machine is capable of switching automatically between milk and milk foam, allowing for the creation of sophisticated specialties to commercial/professional standards. In addition to the feature-packed Jura machines already mentioned, further technological innovation is found in the Jura J6. This Smart Coffee Machine features all of the previously mentioned innovations but includes WI-Fi enabled programming and control. The available Jura Smart Connect Bluetooth adapter allows the J6 to be controlled from a modern Smartphone.
