Comandante Wood Care Balm Set

Rediscover the brilliance of your grinder with the Comandante Wood Care Balm Set. This comprehensive set includes a wood care balm, a soft cotton cloth, and a horsehair barista brush. The wood care balm not only cleans but also nourishes and enhances the natural wood grain of your Comandante grinder, showcasing its exquisite beauty.

To use, simply apply the balm to the wooden surface using either the cotton cloth or your fingertips. Massage the balm into the wood until it ceases to absorb more. Wipe off any excess and allow the wood to rest before polishing it to a stunning finish with the cloth. The barista brush is ideal for gently removing ground coffee residue from within the grinder.

Comandante Wood Care Balm Only

The Comandante Wood Care Balm boasts a unique formula composed of paraffin wax, Carnauba wax, beeswax, Vaseline, and lanolin. It effectively cleanses and restores the radiance of your Comandante’s wooden surfaces, breathing new life into your grinder.

Comandante Burr Care Fluid Set

Designed specifically for cleaning the burr, the Comandante Burr Care Fluid Set comprises a 30 ml bottle of Burr Care Fluid, a soft cotton cloth, and Comandante Brush #5. Begin by applying a small amount of Burr Care Fluid to the cloth and gently rubbing it onto the burr. Then, use Brush #5 to delicately brush away any oxidative residue. Wipe off any remaining product or residue using the cloth. The Burr Care Fluid is composed of food-safe Addinol white oil wx 32 and is refined mineral oil. Brush #5, with its wood and stainless steel bristles, is intended exclusively for use on the grinder's metal components.

Comandante Cotton Cloth

Available in two sizes (White - 30x30cm or Black - 15x15cm), these cotton cloths are versatile for cleaning and polishing, suitable for both metal and wooden surfaces of Comandante grinders.

Comandante Burr Care Fluid Only

To restore the steel surfaces, apply a small amount of Burr Care Fluid to the cloth and gently rub it onto the intended steel area. Utilize our "Brush #5" brush to effectively clean the steel surface, eliminating any oxidative residue. Wipe away any surplus with a cotton cloth. For optimal results, use exclusively on dry steel surfaces.

Barista Warehouse Returns

Barista Warehouse offers a hassle returns and exchange policy that lets you return any purchased item for a store credit, refund or exchange for another item provided that it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
  • Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and show no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
  • Be packaged in it's original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
  • The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
  • Barista Warehouse is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
  • Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
  • We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, apparel, books, posters and dvds. So please choose wisely.
  • Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

All returns must be authorised by Barista Warehouse before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Team Members via hello@baristawarehouse.com.au or using the contact form online for our Returns Address and instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.

 

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.  Please notify us via hello@baristawarehouse.com.au or using the contact form online within 3 business days of receiving your order of any discrepancies or damaged products and we will begin the hassle free return process. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  Faulty or damaged items are subject to the following conditions:

  • If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the product.
  • If the item fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. Barista Warehouse will determine the extent of the failure once assessed by a team member.
  • Faulty/damaged items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Barista Warehouse adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and contact you to confirm we have received and processed your return. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
